Extremely unacceptable act from Flipkart . I have a Samsung F62 phone which was purchased under amazon from Samsung seller itself. Since 13th June , I had raised a complaint on having paid the entire amount, so why would the message still comes on my phone that phone will get locked by 1st june 2022. The Flipkart Customer support executives would give me false promises that the issue is being looked into but to no avail. On 13th June 2022, my phone is locked by Flipkart and I am still waiting for a resolution. This is very unlike a brand like Flipkart. Amazon is way better. I am completely handicapped now as my phone is still not unlocked by Flipkart. Without any resonance flipkart is harassing me.. my work documents messes locked in phone ..and I m totally not done my official work of newspaper … my all news I have lost from my other apps..
