Hi, I ordered a diaper bag of rupees 1499 (prepaid) and received the defective product at January 8 and I ask replacement. Flipkart pickup the product at January 9 and they promised to deliver my order at 17th January but until now the order doesn’t recieved yet. The important notice is before the replacement also the order was came 3 days delayed only. I asked to the customer care and she said today surely I get my order by 1pm but there is nothing changed.
