i purchased phone on April 25th.And i issued for replace the phone on 28th june because of a defect.And the flipkart executives said that only the replacement is agreed only after the mobile tech visit.i agreed it.they provide a tech visit date for 4 times in may ,june month.but they did not come in that month or in that date and I will wait for the visit.last tech visit executives call me in June 24th for visit to my house.but in that date my family in a quarantine.so i not able to deliver the phone to them because of covid protocols.in that date they call me and ask for come to my house and I said this covid issue and they can come on next week.So they agreed that.they said that they will come on next week.but in that date the flikart company canceled the refund process. I don’t know that decision and I waited for their visit in next week.but they did not come till yet.I called the executives on July 2 and enquired about the issue of no coming.the executives tell that the policy is ended on 2 days after June 24 .
Flipkart company said that all mistake is done by me.but they don’t admit the lag of the replacement date.i waited for tech visit for approximately 2 months.but they don’t give any explanation for that.
I lost my replacement or refund policy because of the flipkart company lag the replacement process .
So I want replace the phone or refund from the company.
Please am a common man
I don’t have enough fund to purchase a another phone and I don’t want to keep the very defected phone .
