Text of Complaint by Simul Manvar:

             My Order Id is OD110311052927780000 and I ordered MacBook Air on 24th of September from Big Billion Day Sale.On the next day when I checked my order status I saw my order was not been placed. When I initiated to call Customer Care they informed me that you order has been cancelled and u will get the refund back. I was saving almost 6000 on Flipkart on Big Billion Day Sale. If my order has been cancelled than it is Flipkart responsibility to inform customer on the same day. Flipkart doesn’t care about their Customers at all. They don’t care to inform me about the issue of my order not being placed. Flipkart is fooling the customer about the products on discounted rate and than keeping the products on hold when the order is placed. This all seems to be intensionally done by Flipkart when they didn’t cared to call about the issues from their side. When I have ordered my product on big billion day sale at 51,490 and made an online payment of it than I need the same product at same price from Flipkart. If some issues have come with the order placement than its Flipkart’s responsibility to resolve it. Why should a customer suffer due their technical issues. Why should I pay more now  for the same product when I have already made payment on Big billion day sale. Please resolve my problem and take necessary actions.
