I have orderd poco x2 on 19 may , and due to covid 19 everything was shut .Then when Government of india allowed all deliveries in green and orange zone then the deliveries get started in India that is from 3rd may 2020 .
But still my product was no delivered . i keep on mailing them as there telephpnic service was not working . whenever i mailed them they send same copy pasted mail saying due to government guidlines and covid deliveries may get affected . them after few days i sow deliveries from flipkart in my area .
but my product was still in its last place . then on 18 they processed my order , it took 15 days more to process my order then they send my order to Gurgaun from Hyderabad. they told me that i will get my product on 15 may surely . but they delayed again to 18 may then on 18th may the send it to gurgaun and i live in dehradun how can i get it on 18 then they again send me mail srry order delay to 20 may then they again mail me order delay i will get it on 21 by day
now today on 21 they mailed me that order delay and order will be delivered till 6 june what the hell they think of us now wasting our time .
when u go to there site they are reciving new orderes and delivering them on time but my order taking hell lot of time .
one of my friend ordered a display from flipkart on 11 may and he got it by 15 may what the hell is going on .
