I bought the washing machine from Flipkart on 24th Feb 2019 and also bought an extended warranty from Jeeves for two years which starts on 25th Feb 2021 and to 24th Feb 2023.
I raised a complaint on 12th Feb about the start button not working and then their technician came and checked the machine on 14th Feb and confirmed the problem, he said the PCB will be changed once it is procured to their office. I have been waiting for almost 20 days since that day and one of their service engineer visited on 5th March with the wrong part and he already knew that he has the wrong part with him, though he opened the machine and did something with it and then he said the PCB will be arrived in 2 days and then he will replace the PCB. after 4 days there is no response from Jeeve on this.
