I purchased an Hindware Air cooler Flipkart on 28th Apr 2022.Its order id is ordId(OD224783847264167000).Cooler was already in use condition also I was not satisfied with the performance of the Air cooler and i decided to return it. After I returned the product in flipkart, the order moved to a status called technician visit.Technician came and verified the cooler and suddenly my return status in order moved to ‘refund cancelled’.I called customer care today.The customer care person was very rude to me
I need one urgent help here
