I ordered the laptop cooling pad from Flipkart on 03/06/2023, which cost me around 1199 rupees. However, even after 8 days, my order had not been shipped, so I cancelled it. Since then, I have been in contact with Flipkart customer support. It has now been almost a month, and they have not provided me with an exact date for when they will refund my money.
