Hi,
I purchased HISENSE 32inch smart tv and got it installed on 31st Jan 2023.
Post installation I figured out that the TV’s volume is not functioning well. On increasing the volume there is distortion in the sound of the speaker. Which even the technician also witnessed.
I at the very same moment applied for RETURN and REFUND.
On 1st FEB 2023, The technician visited again and post all check he approved the return and UNINSTALLED the TV set and even packed the product and said to me that sir your uninstallation is done you will get a message and mail from Flipkart regarding the PICKUP and REFUND.
It’s been 20 days now, neither the product has been picked up nor the refund is credited.
I am feeling really helpless now.
Being a plus member of FLIPKART , I never expected such bad experience.
I request you to please sue FLIPKART for this and help me get my refund.
