I have ordered one Benetton track Pant ( 13th January 2023) but Flipkart delivered one Denim Short and this was reported within 2 hours with the wrong article Pic and everything.
Since then I am struggling for my refund and your customer care comes up with silly excuses and not serious to resolve customer queries.
Every interaction with customer care comes with a new date and I have been waiting for my refund for the last 18 days. I never experienced such a horrible experience with any e-commerce site.
Now after 18 days without any enquiry they have rejected my refund request
