Recently I came across an Incident, which is still annoying, frustrating, and disturbing.
So here is the whole Scenario;
Last month, on November 24, I ordered a Large Size Trolley Bag of VIP FOXTROT (Order Id = OD123463138126583000).
I received the product on November 29.
But, as I opened the box, I found that the product which has been delivered to me is a WRONG Product.
So, I had called Flipkart Customer Executive and told him the scenario. And after that, I requested the REPLACEMENT of the Product on November 30. Such that kindly collect/pick up this Wrong Product and Give me the Actual Product which I have Ordered.
Then my replacement request was accepted and for that, I got a Return ID = 12102350304561694465.
It was saying that the Wrong Item will be getting picked up by December 06 but it didn’t happen.
Again I had a conversation with Flipkart Customer Executive a number of times. They told me that your pickup will be done by December 08…Then December 08 has passed and the date has escalated so many times.
Till December 15, I waited a lot and I came with nothing in hand but Frustration and Disappointment.
So on December 16, I again had a conversation with Flipkart Customer Executive and he suggested canceling this replacement request and going for the return request.
So on the same day i.e. December 16 I canceled my Replacement Request and Opted for the Return Request.
So my Return Request got generated with Return ID = 12202365084824233330.
And the status of my request was showing as on or before December 24, the Wrong Product will be getting picked up and the amount i.e. 4199 will be refunded back to the original payment mode.
But again today i.e. December 24, I got a call from Flipkart Customer Executive and he was saying that the date has got shifted to December 27. The wrong product will be getting picked up by December 27 and after that within 5 business days, my amount will be refunded.
So…I am really frustrated by this scenario. Just tell me or give the proper resolution on this scenario and just let me know when I will be getting my money back.
This is so ridiculous…
And also I am in so much dilemma whether to shop in Flipkart in future or not. As so many of other e-commerces are providing better customer satisfaction and support.
