I have purchased Onida fully automatic washing machine from flipkart on 07th Aug 2022.
And it got replaced on 19th August, because of physical damage.
During the technician visit for installation, he have found water leakage and raised a return request on 23/08/22, which is not served yet and couldnt get the refund. everytime i call customer care, they tells technician visit is required before picking the produce, hence delayed and all. and keep on pushing the days.
