I had booked three oman airlines flight tickets from flipkart on march 6 th(Booking id-FF2003065762692).My travelling date was in april 8th.As of covid all flight has been cancelled from march 25 th onwards.I got the confirmation mail from oman airlines stating that all flight been cancelledled from their end due to covid.Their after i have been contacting both oman airlines and flipkart agency to reshedule/ refund the ticket.
Oman air has mailed / told me that, as ticket been booked from third party(flipkart travel agency), the request has to be initated by flipkart travel agency.But flipkart is totaly skipping up/ negeleting issue.Its almost 6 months,i had been contacting them to resolve the issue
On october 3rd, Honorable supreme cort and DGCA has released circular to refund/ provide credit shell to customers immediately with in 15 days.My booking comes under category 2 set by supreme cort/DGCA, i am eligible for refund/ rescheduling with in 15 days.But no response from their end even after repeated mails or telephonic conversation until now. Every time flipkart is telling the issue will be resolved with in 24 hours and providing false statement.
Please clear up the issue, as i have been repeatedly cheated by flipkart customer care since 6month.I have kept all the proof of emails, the flipkart has sent to clearup the issue
