Text of Complaint by Vikas Sayal:

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my order ID 0D126002490918028000 for METRONAUT BENT Cabin Suitcase – 22 inch. The order was linked with my friend ID Jaswinder Singh Pahwa (9815553667). The order was eligible for return upto 27 Sep. 2022 and I initiated the return on 25th Sep. 2022.

The person came for pickup on 26th Sep. 2022 and refused to pick the same as he was on two wheeler. Thereafter I launched a complaint at customer care on 26th Sep. 2022 itself and till 29th Sep., there was several complaints launched and also several calls received from Flipkart team. Flipkart team assured to resolve the pickup issue by 30th Sep. 2022 for refund.
The person again refused to pickup the same on 28th Sep. 2022 as he was again on two wheeler. This is worst logistic service by Flipkart.

Followings are different timelines given by FlipKart customer care but no resolution till date :
1st Timeline : 27th Sep. 2022
2nd Timeline : 30th Sep. 2022
3rd Timeline : 03rd Oct. 2022
4th Timeline : 07th Oct. 2022

I would like to inform that there is no logic behind the pickup task assignment to the person who operates with two wheeler whereas they know that the consignment is of big size. Also there is no contact given to customer, where we can actually call the Flipkart local center who are responsible for pickup.

Suddenly today i.e. on 30th Sep. 2022, my order was showing the message Return Cancelled and I am not able to initiate the return again. I again launched a complaint today but customer care person was also not able to initiate the return again on this item as this is now not eligible for return.

Despite of regular follow-up I am not able to get the return of money as they were not picking the item and now I have no option to raise a complaint at upper level. There is no fault from customer end as return was initiated well within time.

Request you to look into the matter and initiate the process of return/refund.
