My order no is OD126071226707622000, I had placed the order on 22nd Sept and it was suppose to get delivered by 30th September. But that didn’t happen and i didn’t get any updates from Flipkart why it is getting delay. Everytime I reach their customer care they give a new date for the issue to get resolved.. finally on 10th October i cancelled my order so that I can get my refund but now they are not initiating my refund and again I have to follow up with them. They are again postponing the resolution date but not initiating my refund. My money got stuck with them since 22nd Sept and they are not eager to return. Please look into this matter. And #flipkart please stop cheating your regular customers like this.
