Text of Complaint by RANJAY RANJAN:

I have ordered a casual shoes from Flipkart on 7th April 2023 which was delivered to me on 10th April 2023. And the quality of the product was not good, then I have raised the return request on 10th April itself and the pickup of the product was also done on 11th April 2023 at around 4 pm. And after 4 hours, when I did not get the refund, I registered a complaint with Flipkart, then Flipkart told me to wait for 24 hours, you will get the refund. And it’s been more than 24 hours now but I haven’t received the refund yet. And Flipkart is now asking me to wait for 4 to 5 days. So I humbly request you to help me get my refund as soon as possible.
