I ordered Greensoul gaming chair, i have received product on 14th August 2023, i found product damaged and one broken part found and also found that chair is not working properly and having scratches on side panel, so i decided to return when i opened app the product is not marked as delivered, i reached out customer care they asked me to wait till 24 hrs or promise delivery date(didn’t taken complaint), on promise delivery date(17th August) i called then they took my complaint after 24 hrs product marked as delivered, On 18th August i created return from flipkart app promise pickup date given to me is 25th August 2023, i called daily to customer care till 25th August my product is not picked up today there is some glitch for generating pickup, but nobody took complaint, on 26th August they created ticket and given me mail that team will reach out to me within 24hrs, nobody is reached out to me and no updates on ticket, customer care is not giving any valid answers, Today is 29th August 2023 (Today) Yet no updates for pickup
