Dear Team,

I would like to urge to inform I had placed a order on 28 Jan and product should suppose to arrive 2 of February but product didn’t receive on the day .I checked and raised a complaint not received the product Flipkart user info me that your product is already dispatched . Without client confirmation and call how product delivered????

Whether delivery boy has try to reach customer or not ??
How blindly he delivers the product to the unconcerned person in Appartment?
Who will be the responsibility for missing the product?
This completely Delivery Guys mistake then why customer will suffer about his money .is this justice??
that already one week is overed and I neither receive my product and nor Refund money.

This is unacceptable and such third class service and Extremely shameless service from E- commerce company such a Brand name in India we couldn’t expect like that even after multiple mails not resolved problem so far…it’s impact company itself loose reputation and defamation name in public …

Hope immediate Needful action should be taken on this…

After informing thrice and continue mark a mail of concern team still no responding.please take suitable disciplinary action against on this..
