Hello,
I have ordered Motorola mobile phone from my mother’s flipkart account on her name with order id OD121964804957159000
Expected delivery was 5th June 2021 and today i.e on 8th June 2021 I still haven’t received delivery.
When contacted to customer care they said we have taken complaint and we will resolve it by 11th June 2021.
The shipment has already been into the city where delivery has to happen and why do you think within the same city it takes another 4-5 days just for delivery which merely takes 30-45 mins to deliver as city is not so big?
There is no clear communication nor customer care is answering and giving proper reasoning behind this.
I see following status on Ekart Logistics against this parcel tracking –
“Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues”
If you have such operation issues, you better don’t commit customers.
If delivery is being delayed, i need proper reasoning.
Today on 8th June 2021, 2 executives called from flipkart called here is the scenario with again no resolution-
1st asked whether someone from delivery called on this or not. And that’s it she is done. Nothing else.
2nd executive Inderjeet called and said that your complaint is with wrong department, lodge a complaint to correct department. What the hell why should i be even caring for this, that’s flipkart’s mistake when they took complaint and on the another side flipkart can always navigate complaint to the respective department if that is with wrong department.
This clearly shows flipkart is a fraud and executives don’t want to work and just put it on customers.
When I posted this review on Flipkart facebook page , they immedietely deleted that post within secconds. Now flipkart executives have time to be active on social media, but not for their primary work of delivering the customer’s products for which they paid already. How funny is that.
