I had purchased a mobile Moto G84 5G costing 17999rs on September 27th on exchange offer for a mobile Poco M3. The exchange rate for the mobile Poco M3 is 3900rs and exchange handling charges of 149rs will be deducted from 3900rs. I opted for the exchange return money to be credited to my bank account. I had received the mobile on September 30th and I opted for exchanging in 7days to transfer the data. But no one came to exchange the mobile. When I checked in the application it is saying that exchange has been “cancelled” by the seller. After seeing that I had contacted the customer care of flipkart and they replied that I had to use the sell back option of mobile and the amount that I get from selling the mobile will be credited to the flipkart wallet as the gift card there by forcing me to purchase only in flipkart which is a “serious case of violation of user rights”. I had called to customer care of Flipkart many times and received no help from them.
