I have ordered real me 3 mobile from flipkart by exchanging redmi 3s. Delivery boy came to deliver the order. He wanted to check the old mobile. I gave to him. He checked.. There is one spot on screen which is not major and not also clearly visible. He refused to take the old mobile.. Than i have complaint in flipkart.. They gave me mail to send the photos of the old device I have sent approx. 15 photos to them by mail of old mobile . Then they found one new problem . They replied me back that there is gap between back panel and screen.. Wow they have noticed just watching photographs of mobile.. But if they are able to identify the problem by just seeing the photos than they should also notice the problem that delivery boy noticed.. Then i complaint again.. This time they gave another reason. They said that the IMEI number is not matching with your mobile . Wow there is no one came to my home who have checked the IMEI number and they gave the excuse like that.. Now they are saying that we are not able to deliver your order by exchange.. If you want to still receive it than give exchange amount to delivery boy in cash and you can take your mobile. What is this
. Why should i cancel my order as it has been availed 10% discount extra.. If I will cancel the mobile than i will not get the same discount again.. And why should i pay the amount as i have ordered mobile with exchange.
