I purchased a TOSHIBA M550LP QLED TV, and paid a total amount of 48990 on 28th Aug.

The product came defective in the package on 29th Aug. I refused to accept the defective product and immediately complained to the Flipkart customer support team but they were not helpful and told to wait for 24 hours and promised I will get a call back with details.

There was no call or update even after 24 hours and I had to call their support and asked for an update and what will happen to my product and asked for cancellation as the supplier Flipkart is associated is having worst rating and everyone who has purchased the product from them have raised complaints or lost money.

They changed the status to Replacement requested even thought I did not request for replacement as I had not received my product and how will I return the product which i haven’t received.

Again I called customer care and again the support guys were not able to help me and kept saying they cant see any status there is technical error and I need to wait till 3rd September to resolve this and again promised 3rd I will get a call back from Flipkart.

There was no call again on 3rd I had to call back and asked them to cancel replacement status because it was a wrong status and it was removed from the back end by support person and again asked to wait till 5th of September and I will receive my product.

Even on 5th I did not get any update or product and the status on the application showed product is out for delivery and will be delivered on 29th August still which as per Flipkart support is technical issue which they cannot resolve and they don’t know anything about it and asked to wait till 8th September to get it resolved and wait for product delivery. They also promised me 2000 worth voucher for delay even though I denied I don’t want and the condition they will give me this voucher is if I place new order for the TV which I don’t understand how to place without cancelling my existing one which they are denying to cancel and say every time I call they cant do anything you need to wait. They are imposing me to wait and disconnecting my calls.

Again on September 8th I had to call Flipkart support and wait for 1 hour 30 mins to get resolution for unfortunately Flipkart support such disgusting they don’t know what to do or have any answers to my questions, I forced them to connect to their supervisor and supervisor named Chandana spoke and she was speaking same repeated words she cant do anything she don’t know why status is not getting changed on application and why they cannot Cancel and refund my amount or cannot deliver product. She forced to check supplier logistics team and get status of order which is ridiculous as I have paid amount to Flipkart not any supplier or its not my job to check logistics guy. This is how a customer is tortured by Flipkart and their employees. I was again forced to wait till 13th of September and told you have no other option and you need to wait by Chandana and she kept call on hold and left.

I received a call from another supervisor named Abhishek who was talking rudely as if he is giving me product for free and he insisted me to wait till 13th September and he cant cancel the order or he don’t know when it will be delivered.

I had placed order to receive the product on next day of ordering (28th Aug) and till today (9th Sep) I haven’t received my product or I can cancel the order and get refund. They is no clarity on what is happening to my hard earned money (50K) and status in application still shows product is out for delivery and will be delivered on 29th August which is 12 days before. This I feel they are doing it purposely so that they can prevent me from cancelling the order and get my refund.

I had written a complaint letter to Grievance officer of Flipkart on 5th September but till date I have no reply.

I have lost my money my patience and my precious time, Flipkart along with Omnitechretail supplier have cheated me and I dont know how many other customers like me.
