Flipkart is cheating customers by showing offers for prepayment & they are not including this in billing.

Text of Complaint by Shaik Mohammed Zakeer:

On 16th Nov, I ordered a mobile phone(Oppo Reno 8) at flipkart & In offers & coupons tabs it is clearly mentioned that if I pay this amount as prepaid with debit/credit card I will get extra 3000/- off at the time of Check-out as attached below.
But, at the time of checkout it is not included in my bill & total amount without an offer debited from my account.
Immediately, i spoke with flipkart customer care, & he told me, Yes it is applicable to you but, due to some technical reasons it is not included in your bill. I am raising a ticket to our senior team & they will contact you and provide solutions to this issue.

& Today, I received a call from a senior flipkart executive, he doesn’t even know the basic way to talk & basic rules. He again & again only told me to “cancel the order”.
& I even tried to explain some rules also but he is not listening to me & only saying “Cancel the Order”. And he even disconnected the call in a rude manner.
