I was delivered a item by Flipcart on 3rd December 2021, which was completely different from Ordered item. I lodged a requst to replacement my item, they assured me every time to replace my item, but to day (19.12.2021) my replacement request has been cancelled by Flipcart whitout my concern. I called more than five times to help me but they do not take any action against my complain. Presently they has not replacement item or my amount has not refund. so, please help or how can back my amout or replacement my item.
