I had facing very very bad experience with filpkart online shopping. I had order Redmi note 7 pro 128 GB on 1st October and delivery date mentioned on purchased time 5th October 2019.
Still not received my mobile parcel Delivery date was 5th October 2019, till the date mobile parcel not received Order ID – OD116679232221034000 Redmi Note 7 Pro (Space Black, 128 GB).
Also multiple follow up with filpkart team from 5th October to till date, only received commitments your issue will resolve in next 24 hours, but still not received my product.
So kindly request you please file complaint against this type of very poor service and claim for my frustrated time, till we had called to filpkart 11 times and near about 5-7 hrs time. Also I was purchased that mobile for my very respectful person on her special occasion. But that was not possible to gift that mobile to her, only due to this very very poor service.
Please do the needful.
