I had ordered medicine on 1st of April which was delivered on 4th of April.
My Order ID is 9259243418 and Tracking ID is FKHC0003875964.
Total medicine bill amount was 6109 which I had paid as cash on delivery.
When I open that parcel on 4th of April there was one medicine name as INVOKANA 100MG is missing which costs me around 3000. As soon as I se that my medicine is missing at that time I immediately call FLIPKART HEALTHPLUS CUSTOMER CARE and they replied me that kindly wait for 24 hours we will initiate your refund but after 24 hours no refund was received by me. From that time I contacted customer service on daily basis but on every call they only said that wait for 24 hours but till date I have not received any refund regarding my missing medicine. Yesterday on 16th of April one of the executive from Flipkart HealthPlus called me and said we can’t initiate your refund because we had send all medicines and they closed my complaint instantly. My complaint number in Flipkart HealthPlus is #9259243418.
That INVOKANA medicine which I ordered was for my father aged 75 years and that medicine is life saving medicine for my father. On 9th of April I specially travel to 180 kms for my father medicine which was not sent by Flipkart HealthPlus and now I am helpless because I already paid to Flipkart HealthPlus for my old aged father but now they are not initiating my refund or medicine. I must say this was a big fraud by Flipkart HealthPlus online. They shows some kind of discount online but not sending proper medicines as this is the sigh of big fraud to hunt middle class people like us.
I request you to please help me in this matter as I heard very positive remarks of your organisation.
