Flipkart had the worst customer support. As an online e commerce company they have no proper support to address concerns. They have hired a bunch of morons who speak like an IVR and have no idea what the customer says.
I ordered a Onida washing machine on Flipkart and there has been no one who has come for installation. On contacting support all they ask u to do is wait and give a turn around time of 24 hrs. Everyday the same thing. It’s been 5 days since there is no resolution provided irrespective of multiple calls made to Flipkart support team.
I don’t think one should sell if they do not have a support to provide if there is an issue.
