Text of Complaint by Amar Nigam:

Flipkart delivered a damaged product(Microtek UPS, Serial no. 21DUR4B1AD195534) and when I raised the return request, it is taking days to get the issue resolved. The return replacement reached my doorstep on 19th June 2021 but the delivery person denied to handover the product. The first time replacement was scheduled for 14th June 2021 but nobody came to my house to replace the product. I called Flipkart on 15th June 2021 about the same and got to know that the return request was raised under wrong tagging(I raised it under “defective” however as per Flipkart it should be raised under “damaged”) and hence based on our discussion Flipkart agreed and confirm that this issue is been resolved by changing the tagging to damage and new return/replacement request is placed which would deliver the replacement between 18-20 June 2021. I got the product replacement confirmation email from Flipkart. On 18th June 2021, I got a call from Flipkart delivery partner asking about some photos of the damaged product and serial number, I had provided the same. He confirmed to approve the replacement. But when on 19th June 2021 delivery boy came to replace the product, he said that I can not deliver it to you as product replacement is tagged against “damaged” but your request was raised against “defective”. The same issue arrived again which was resolved by Flipkart on 16th June 2021. Flipkart has got the payment of the damaged product but I’m on the other side not able to use it

Please help me get take strict action against Flipkart as firstly, they delivered the damaged product and then just creating problems for me by not delivering the replacement even though payment is been done upfront to Flipkart.
