hi.
i have purchased a mobile phone worth 25500 from a seller named Gurmeet Singh . After a year my phone has been locked by Flipkart regarding payment issue although we have paid Rs. 25500 to the seller at that time only while purchasing said phone . we have purchased mobile phone from his shop named Singh communication which is located in paonta sahib district sirmour himachal pradesh 173025 on devinagar road shanti colony opposite shubh Lab. The Seller has done fraud with us and not either cooperating. we have contact Flipkart several times regarding same issue. and requested them for providing us order id of the above phone .we have provide them Imei no. and other phone details but no cooperations from their side too. we have requested many times regarding the issue mentioned above but no help was provided from their side. we are in so much trouble as it is the matter of 25500 and it is a big amount to deal with .After a heavy conversation with the seller we got a huge disappointed as he is saying he has no information regarding mobile phone. he has purchased mobile phone from Flipkart by his smart upgrade card. All my data is stucked in that phone. The seller and The Flipkart has not solve our problem . Flipkart neither providing us order id nor payment details or any information regarding mobile phone. It is the duty of Flipkart to provide us details of the issue mentioned above. the scanner which is shown in the home screen of mobile phone is also not working .its our humble request to you please look towards in this matter as it is very serious issue. and we are mentally disturbed a lot.
