Extremely unacceptable act of service from Flipkart . I have a Samsung S20+ phone which was purchased under Flipkart Smart Upgrade plan. Since 25th Feb , I had raised a complaint on having paid the entire amount, so why would the message still comes on my phone that phone will get locked by 6th March 2022. The Flipkart Customer support executives would give me false promises that the issue is being looked into but to no avail. On 9th March 2022, my phone is locked by Flipkart and since then , I have been pleading and requesting for someone to unlock so that , the balance amount due can be repaid and i can use the phone again. I am still waiting for a resolution. This is very unlike a brand like Flipkart. Amazon is way better. I am completely handicapped now as my phone is still not unlocked by Flipkart.
