Sir my name is pankaj kumar work in indian army present address is Delhi Cant , Mohan nagar ,pin -110046 .Sir, I had demanded 3 routers, but at the time of delivery, the box was open from one side and the box was closed from the other side, showed the box from the closed side and took the OTP. But at the same time when I saw the box, the box was open from the other side and inside it was the boat company’s sound box, one big and one small. That’s why I showed this to e-cart Ravi whose mobile number is 9540181823, then he told us in e-cart hub, Dharmendra whose mobile number is 8816097365, then he told to give this item same to Ravi. After that We returned the same to Ravi, the e-Cart delivery boy.
After that we have been talking to flipcart customer care 10-15 times since May 13, 2023 and told that fraud has been done with us. Then they noted the complaint of item missing and ordered replcement. Order delivery date 17th May 2023 Told that you order will be delivered but today on 17th May delivery boy called that your order has arrived come and pick it up from the delivery location after that when we went to collect the order So delivery boy told that first give us returned item which is showing picture in his mobile then we told him to talk to Dharmendra in logistic hub and place our order but he told that item which has to be replaced Later when we went to collect the order the delivery boy told us to first give the returned item which is showing picture in his mobile then we told him to talk to Dharmendra in logistic hub and give our order but he told that the item We will deliver the order only after replacement. After that the delivery boy did not place the order and left. After that we had tried to talk to Dharmendra in Logistic hub but he did not pick up the phone. After that we talked to flipcart customer care, so now They will contact you by our sollution team by 20th May 2023. Order ammount is 15873.00
