Hello sir my name is abhishek jc and I have ordered one product from flipkart. I e router worth of 7999 rupess but I want version 1 product but they have send us version 2 product so I taught to replace product .. So I put replacement and it is approved pickup is also completed.. And they have send replacement product to my address . The replacement product reached to my nearest courier office.. But it couldn’t be delivered due to lock down… So couier people told that they will deliver after lockdown… After that one day I have open my FLIPKART account it is logged out so I taught to login .. At that time it is showing that FLIPKART HAD BLOCKED my account… So please help me and save my 7999 rupess
I have ordered TP-link Archer MR600 AC1200Mbps 4G+cat6 Mobile wifi router from flipkart but i had a issue that i got version 2 but i want version I so i taught to replace iteam first time replacement is accepted and pick up is also completed and they have send replace iteam it came to my nearest courier office and now it could delivered because of lock down.. So i open flipkart but it is logged out so i taught to log in… But it was unsuccessful… Because they had blocked my account and I will lost surely 7999 rupees please help me
