Flipkart harassed my mental health. Take immediate action against Flipkart . Flipkart did a big loss to me.

I ordered the laptop on 8th of October’23. On 10th of October I received a text about the product (product is out of delivery) at 9:34 Am. I was not at home, so I called the delivery agent at 10:55 Am and asked him not to come and asked him to come on 11th of October. On 10th October I came back home near by 3:30 , I again called delivery agent and asked him if he is near by my home , he can come for the delivery at 4:04 Pm. But he said no he cannot come now. So I asked him to deliver the product on 11th of October urgently. He said ok no problem.
On 11th of October I was at home whole day waiting for the product, but o didn’t receive an any update or message regarding the product. I contacted several times to customer care , they even don’t know the exact details and every customer care executive asked me to wait for some time , some of them said wait till 7pm and some of them wait till 9Pm.
The product will deliver to you. So I waited till 11:00 Pm. On tracking website it was written the product will deliver to you by 11:59Pm. Flipkart taking customers very kindly. Flipkart harassed me a lot. They played with my mental health. Today 12th October I again called the customer care , they also asked me to wait till 9:00Pm. There executives don’t know anything.In today’s world laptop is necessary to every worker, because of urgent need I ordered from the Flipkart.
My concern is that if today also the product will not deliver to me , than again they will asked to wait on next date. Flipkart don’t take customer a seriously.
Because of sale I ordered from the Flipkart.
I didn’t go to another platform to order the product. Now I want place this order again at same rate or give me the refund with compensation.
Now it’s my big loss if I order again from other platform , now the price has increased
So place this order at same rate or refund me with compensation.
