Hi Sir/Madam,

I am a customer of Flipkart past from 2017, i had adopted the Flipkart pay later service from flipkart 2019, IDFC first bank is the third party who provided funds of rupees 60000, which still available in my Flipkart pay later (attached screen shot for your reference).
but flipkart had given wrong information to IDFC First bank as rupees 4389 been utilized by me, that the bank had created that wrong amount as overdue and when i called to bank they are saying flipkart has to confirm from their end, when i called to flipkart they are simply raising ticket and not addressing my issue.

CBIL score impacting with account number – 28501416 (can provide CBIL report if required, screen shot attached in the document)

with this false update, My credit score had completely went down to 604, which created am not eligible to take any loans from banks.
am in a need to take loan to get out from financial struggle, but not getting possible because of credit score down.
can you please help me in getting justice.
