This is regarding the delivery of order OD127841822838610000.
Which was supposed to be delivered on 17th April however till now the items were not delivered and for the record sake flipkart marked it delivered. Following are the sequence of events.
1. On 17th April the delivery boy called me around 10.15pm and said ” sir due to my vehicle problem I couldn’t come but i wll mark it delivered and by tomorrow morning 11am i will deliver the items”. I agreed understanding his situations in night. Pls find the attached phone record. The file name has phone no and date time stamps.
2. On 18th April around 12 noon when the items still not delivered i called him and he gave me some excuse and told by 1-2pm he will deliver.
3. Again on same day around 5pm when the items still not delivered i called him and he gave me some excuse and i said I will give complaint to customer care.
4. On 18th evening I gave complaint to flipkart customer care representative. After that on 19th , 20th also I did follow up. No solution provided. On 22nd i wrote email complaint to cs-head & grievance officer of flipkart. After that they gave me a call saying within 48 hrs it will be resolved. But no resolution till now.
What’s happening, why such a small issue is not getting resolved where a grocery items are getting delivered in 15-20 minutes. This is very serious and offensive. I can’t accept this sort of carelessness from such a reputed ecommerce giant.
I want to know whether the delivery partner runaway with the items or consumed. Definitely he has not delivered to me Or any other customer.
