I placed the grocery order on flipkart on 3rd of September. The promised delivery date was 8th of September. Today is 14th of September and they haven’t shipped my order till date. I had contacted flipkart customer care more than 20 times now and every time they fail to give me a proper resolution. Every time I call flipkart, they end up saying ‘there is some technical issues, please call us later or wait for 24hours. I requested them to cancel my order as I cannot cancel it from my end, they haven’t done that too. They are neither delivering my grocery items for which i made payment through UPI nor cancelling the order now.
