Over the last months Ekart has incorrectly closed my Grocery orders with Flipkart on 2 occasions citing I have rejected delivery.
I have not contacted by Ekart logistics for delivery and neither has any delivery attempt been made in my premises or in my house, f9r which cctv is proof.
Ekart is cancelling orders due to lack of staff or delivery partners or stock, and customers have to bear the brunt of it
