Text of Complaint by Ashish Mahajan:

I placed an order on the 30th of August.
As per the timeline, it was supposed to be delivered on 1st September. Till now I have not received my product and none of the executives has any knowledge of their system.
I have called around 30-40 times to cancel the order or transfer it to the supervisor but nothing has been done they keep the call on hold and disconnect.
Finally after 3 days I got hold of a supervisor named Shushmita a very arrogant lady she it will be delivered by the 7th of September. I request her to cancel my order she said I can’t cancel the order.
