I ordered One Royal Canin Labrador Retriever 12 kg Dry Young Dog Food on 11th May 2023 and paid on the same time. On 16th May 2023 I received the product with bad packaging, it seems like someone tore up the package and badly packaged again with wrong product.
When I opened the package, I saw a few bad dog foods were inside a dirty plastic bag, not the correct product.
This product is not replaceable in the flipkart. I need my money back or need to get the correct product.

I inform to the Flipkart grievance team – [email protected]. I received a call from Flipkart team by saying that someone will come to my location and take the return and return my money back. But in ground reality they sent one dacoit who was threatening me and my 12 years old daughter that Flipkart can’t take any return and don’t do any complain. I am really feeling helpless. The guy was very aggressive when he was shouting and threatening in front of my door.
I would like to request to to help me te get my money back and take action on this. This should be done with end consumer.
I hope I will get justice.
Please help me to get my hard earn money back ( 2800 Rs/-)
