Dear Sir,

Flipkart doing a big scam, Flipkart does not provide GST number to some customers randomly while charging GST amount in Invoice.

I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from Flipkart and get delivered on 4 June 2020, while checking Invoice provided by Flipkart, GST number was missing from Invoice but GST amount had been charged in the bill.

After that, I contacted the Flipkart care and informed about the incident and they assured me to resolve the problem by 11 June 2020. I called and send email multiples times about this incident but they are postponing the resolving timeline. He gave me the time of 8 June after 11 June after 14 June after 15 June after 17 June after 18 June now 19 June.
There are two big scams did Flipkart with me:
1. He did not mention the GSTIN number on the invoice and he refused to give it to me.
2. When I created return request for the defective product, he has manipulated Technicians response/comments and wrote that product is working fine.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue and take the strict action against Flipkart scam
