Text of Complaint by Nisha Suteri:

I ordered Havells water geyser from flipkart worth which is inclusive of 399 rs installation fee. It was delieverd on 6th Feb and installation was supposed to happen by 11th Feb.

On 17th Feb, finally an installation guy came that too at 10.30PM. They were very unskilled and had no idea what they are doing, they did holes on tiles and couldnt even install and left aroun 11.30 saying they will do it in next trip. They came again on 22nd or 23rd and again drilled holes and couldnt install again.

Again one executive came in March twice. from different center. he filled it with some putty, not even any chemical and now he has disappeared.

Everyday Flipkart wil call me and tell that they will schedule installation again and to wait for 24 hours and then they do this eveyrday. Jeeves postpones installation date everyday and updates Flipkart the same and flipkart tells me to wait till new insallation date. This is a vicious never ending loop I am stuck into. I want damage reimbursement and the installation fee I paid back.
