Hello I’m navneet singh from Gonda uttar pradesh, i am shoping from flipkart since 2013 and i purchased many items online i am flipkart costumer from last 7-8 years so on 29 september i order an shoes of adidas which value is around 4350₹ after discount, so i order it on 29 september at night when the big billion sales start and it’ll delivered me on 3 October in evening after that i open the box for checking the item and i got nothing literally I’m shocked because the box was empty and the time of delivery i have 4, 5 other couriers also so i didn’t check the weight of it, that was something which happened with me first time in whole journey of online shopping, after that i go on my order section in flipkart application and inform about the product is missing i completed all the information that they want so the request was processed i they give my time of 72 hours after complain i got an e-mail in which they want 1 ID proof like pan card and aadhar card so i send them both my pan card and aadhar card and also attached the photos of empty box which i open, so after 72 hour my request has been cancelled and my account was blocked, after that i call the costumer representative and tell them all problem and issues which they say solve in 2 day but not getting any response so after i called again but nothing can happen so i write E-mail also but reason they given my I’m returning high no of products so they blocked my account i also ask them my shoping percentage and my return percentage but they say it all depend on system we can’t do anything so the first thing which i mentioned in this i was an genuine and plus costumer of flipkart since last many years and i clear all the dues payment timely i have never cancel or returning so many item i am never take any fraud with flipkart, so why this was happens and what kind of there system was which blocked automatically i have loss my all 1100 coins and other things i have plus customer since when they start these things so this was an fraud with costumer which flipkart does it i loss my money and i got nothing and i loss my account and not getting any response from flipkart so please take complaint and take an proper action against these type of things after all process my last hope was it so i written this complaint i hope something can help me as soon as possible
