I ordered an apple airport worts Rs 18500 from Flipkart in 31/12/2021. Package got delivered on 2/01/2022. I got a message on 02/01/2022 at 7 AM stating problem with the order(screen shot attached). The moment I opened the package and found that the product and charger was missing from the box. We called delivery person and updated the same and he told to follow up with flipkart. We called flipkart and raised the complaint against it . Flipkart executive raised the return request on her own. We provided all the details like government ID proof, consent to raise FIR, unboxing video and tried interacting with flipkart on social media sites too.
Flipkart is rejecting our return request without any valid reason. We are trying to co-operate with them. We are getting harassed on top Fraud done by Flipkart with us.
I have filed a complaint with National consumer helpline already. A case in consumer court will follow.
