I ordered some items during the Flipkart Big Billion Day for Dusshera purpose. But unfortunately, the size of some of the items was not proper. Some of them are larger, and some of them are smaller. The quality of some of the items is not adequate. But yeah, some items are perfect, and I am retaining all those items.
On the other hand, for the items having size and quality issues, I had to opt for replacement. But as replacement of most of the items (having size issues) were not available, I had to go for applying return and then refund. The items for which replacement option was there, I opted for replacement only. After this, suddenly I received a mail that delivery of the items was intact. Then Flipkart blocked my account and cancelled the return and replacement request though there was 30 days return policy for every item of my order list. The seller is “RetailNet”. Then I contacted the customer care many times, but I didn’t get any positive response. Every time they didn’t even try to understand the problem. I got the same response again and again that my account has been blocked for unusual number of returns. Is this justified? I am a Flipkart plus member, and this membership can only be earned only through super coins that you get for every purchase. So, it’s not like that I am a new customer and I bought something for the very first time during this Big Billion Days. So, even after calling again and again, they are unable to provide any resolution.
I request you to please do the needful to resolve this issue so that I can return and replace the items as per the predefined Flipkart return policy.
