Text of Complaint by Rishant Bhardwaj:

I have ordered iphone 13 mini pink 128gb with exchange from flipkart on 11th May 2022. It was to be delivered on 13th May 2022. First Delivery person denied the delivery at address he said you have to come to office i went to office waited for 2.5 hours till he returned after delivering all the parcels then they denied my exchange product stating vague reasons like screen is coming out i have get this phone checked from authorised apple certified service centre F1 Solutions jammu . An engineer there confirmed there is nothing wrong with the phone the same i told to that person He was sikh wearing a turban and the delivery boy named surinder. After wasting my whole day they denied the exchange despite my phone is in perfect condition. Those were ji words the sikh guy he said koi jo mrzi kre mai isko kabhi approve nahi krunga. The kind of gunda raaj going on with consumers and flipkart is doing nothing. I have also attached the pictures of my phone and also the terms and conditions of the flipkart for exchanged phone. Please help me out i have paid 54799 rupess . I have also shared the video of my phones condition to flipkart as well on their twitter handle.
