Hello sir I ordered a Biba kurta set on 19th January 2023, and paid Rs.3997 via Flipkart pay later. Dress was delivered on 22 January 2023, but I want to return it since it was not as expected but my account was blocked on the same day, I was not able to initiate return request. I contacted Flipkart on 23,26,27,28,29,30,31 ( January), 01,02,03,04,05( February ) to initiate return so I don’t have to pay Flipkart pay later bill, but they kept on saying we cannot return your product even though it had 15 day or more return date. I sent multiple mails to Flipkart customer care, also to “grievance.officer@flipkart.com” along with multiple tweets on twitter, but to no avail, they outright denied to return the product and accepted to the scam also threatened that I will have to pay any and all amount they say or my cibil score will go bad. I had to pay Rs. 3997 for pay later bill. Now it’s been over a month and my problem is still not resolved I want Flipkart to take their product back and refund me my money.
