I am regular user of flipkart and use to.book mobiles and other stuffs for all my family,

I was having gift voucher balances if around 18.5k in my flipkart wallet.

Itm tried to book mobiles and other stuffs using that gv balance but each time they cancelled my order saying that product is out of stock and cancelled my order 4-5times. After 2 days of order cancellation they have blocked my account without any reason and my money is sticked into it. Their customer care executive is pathetic they even don’t kniw reason for account blocking. Or do they have authority to unblock it in case it was system mistake.

So in short they have found a simple way to do fraud by blocking ur account and not letting the gv balance to be used.

I kindly request you to please take necessary action agains flipkart.com as there are plenty of others who are facing same problem
