I had brought samsung galaxy f4 on June 5th, it was a faulty product. I have raised a return request on June 8th and it was said that there will be a technician visit by 16th June but nobody came. Then we got another date for technician visit which also did happen. Every time customer care is giving us new date ane nothing is happening.
