I Purchased Dell Laptop: Dell Vostro 15 3000 Core i5 8th Gen – (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/2 GB Graphics) 3578 Laptop, Extended Warranty 1 Year by Flipkart Protect and Dell Vostro 15 3000 Core i5 8th Gen – (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/2 GB Graphics) 3578 Laptop with order ID OD113621189742346000, on 12th Oct, and its deliver on 23rd Oct. 2018.
Tested from 23rd to 1st Nov, I checked laptop and found the heating problem, battery drain, performance issue and look like the used machine.
Went to return from Flipkart site but didn’t get Return option so choose Replace on 1st Nov. After that got reply from Flipkart that before 8th Nov, technical person will visit and check laptop, and based on technical person review, we will replace or return or reject the issue.
No body visit me, on 6th they direct reject my application.
This is their service and now they are not replying.
Now I don’t want to replace it, I want to return it. This is really digsting service I found ever and don want to use flipkart anymore.
