I have given this rating not for the mobile but for the exchange policy of Flipkart. Flipkart had mentioned the price of my old mobile as 2100/- as per Buy with Exchange policy and it was clearly mentioned on Flipkart’s site that if there is any defect in my old mobile the price will be reduced % wise as per their exchange policy but when the delivery boy came with the parcel. At that time he refused to take my old mobile so I had to pay 2100/-.
This is customer fraud. I have purchased many items from Flipkart before but never had this experience before. Flipkart should look into this and register my complaint.
